Prior to Interpreting and Translating in the U.S. The founder, Ester Klug, taught Tagalog and Cebuano to Peace Corp Volunteers as well as to foreign missionaries who come to the Philippines.Ester has a Master's Degree in English and she received a Ford Foundation grant to write her masteral study. The study entitled "A study of the Guman, a Subanun Epic" was published by the Jesuits and is now on sale in Cellar Bookstore. The book was the first publication ever done on the subject.
